Requirements:
Translation of Birth Certificate
- Copy of the Sudanese Birth Certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Khartoum, Sudan.
- Copy of Sudanese Passport
- Filled-out Birth Certificate Translation Form
- Fee is $31.00
Marriage License/Divorce Certificate
- Copy of Marriage Certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Khartoum, Sudan.
- Copy of Sudanese Passport
- Filled-out Marriage LicenseOR
- Filled-out Divorce Certificate Translation Form
- Fee is $31.00
Driver’s License
- Original Sudanese Driver’s License (Original will be returned with the Translated Certificate)
- Copy of Sudanese Driver’s License
- Copy of Sudanese Passport or Sudanese Identity Card
- Filled-out Translation of Driver’s License Form
- Fee is $31.00
Important Note:
Applicants sending their applications by mail must furnish the Embassy with a return envelope with tracking no. (postage/shipment paid by the applicant) using one of the services listed below. Failure to send one may cause delay in the return of the document (s).

The normal processing time for New Passport may take 5-7 business days. Please allow sufficient time to process application of New Passport.
