Passport Renewal
Requirements:
- Passport should be renewed every two (2) years for a period not exceeding 10 years.
- If passport is 10 years or more, applicant must apply for a New Passport.
- Filled-out Renewal Application Form
For Students:
- Applicant must provide the Embassy with an Original Letter from University/ School verifying full time student status since date of entry to the U.S. Full time students are exempted from National Tax.
- Fee is $41.00.
For Housewives:
- Applicant must provide the Embassy with a copy of the Marriage Certificate if the occupation on the passport is not written as housewife.
- Fee is $41.00.
For Laborer:
- Applicant must pay the National Tax of $75.00 for each year since the date of entry to the U.S. OR from the year the passport was last renewed up to the year 2005.
- Fee is $56.00
Important Note:
Applicants sending their applications by mail must furnish the Embassy with a return envelope with tracking no. (postage/shipment paid by the applicant) using one of the services listed below. Failure to send one may cause delay in the return of the passport (s).

The normal processing time for Renewal of Passport may take 5-7 business days. Please allow sufficient time to process Renewal of Passport.
