Sudan and Chad have surpassed a period of bitterness in the relations between them and opened a new chapter in the cooperation and fraternal relations between them.

President Deby said that Sudan and Chad have left behind them a period of differences and now proceeding in the path of cooperation.

President Al-Bashir said in a statement to the press upon his arrival at N'djamena Airport that Sudan and Chad are one nation and the normal situation is the exchange of visits by them.
